I am happy that I lost that amount, any more might have rang some alarm bells as it wouldn't be sustainable.
I must admit that I love going for walks, it really is a great exercise and it is free :-)
Too much too soon and I don't think it's healthy, or sustainable. And that's what you want. To keep at it, and have the weight loss remain. In other words create a new habit.

You are so right, it has to be sustainable and healthy weight loss.
As for the minnowbooster vote, you deserve it, you are on fire these days, some excellent stories!
