It only bothers when it impacts

Things are happening around the world all the time, there's war going on somewhere, somewhere there is crime happening, some parts of the world are living in extreme poverty, terrorism is happening in some place and it just keeps going on. It is all just a daily news for us, we listen and life moves on as always.

It only starts bothering us when it reaches our doorstep or if it makes difference to us, and when that happens, we get into panic mode as if all the problems of the world are happening with us. The same has happened with the recent war situation. Some parts of Middle East were always considered the safest place on the planet and now they are under attack. A lot of governing bodies are condemning; nations are giving them support, because everyone is feeling some kind of threat. But the same does not happen with other parts of the world. Everyone is aware that these places under attack in Middle East are strategic, some of them holding maximum world assets and finances and if they get impacted, many millionaires and billionaires get impacted.

So now everyone wants the war to get over, which is good. No one wants war in the first place, not in any part of the world, but it's sad that for some parts of the world there is no backing from the governing bodies or other nations, or even people just because they are not financially or politically strategic. Billions of dollars get lost in wars and is it even worth it in the end. Most of the time there is no outcome, and in the bargain we lose people and resources for nothing.
