Even though I had a sore throat, I went to the gym. I lightly worked out for 1.5 hours.

3 sets of 15 reps with

2kg Dumbell Shoulder Press
6kg Standing Dumbell curl
11kg+2.3kg×2 Lat pull-down machine

3 sets of 10 reps with

2kg side lateral raise


I have no plan this evening. I'm just resting..
