I like weekends! I can focus on working out and meditation 🧘♂️ While I work out, I forget all my worries.
Today, my routine is as follows.
3 sets of 15 reps with 18kg Dumbell Bench press
3 sets of 15 reps with 2kg Dumbell Shoulder Press
7kg Standing Dumbell curl
3 sets of 15 reps with 45kg Bench press without safety bars
Hip adduction/abduction 37.5kg•15kg/10kg
25kg Leg Extension(3,3)
20kg Leg Curl(3,3)
M torture hackoress 35kg
I plan to increase my workout intensity next week.
