5kg Standing Dumbell curl
30kg Bench press without safety bars
25kg+2.3kg×1 Lat pull-down machine
And walked on a treadmil for an hour, and rode a stationary bicycle for 30 minutes.
Additionally, today, I enrolled PT classes again. I wanna learn proper forms of free weights that suit me well.
