I did dumbbell bench press with 6kg in each hand. I'll do it with 8kg tomorrow. My goal is to lift it with 15kg in each hand.

The air is dry and cold. This winter feels colder than the previous winter. My car's tire air pressure is 32 PSI. I'll add air to the tires tomorrow. It costs around $3.
