I won't go to the gym. I'm tired.. I'm done of 3 sets of 40 reps with 1kg of Side Lateral Raise. I'll do 3 sets of 30 reps with 1.5kg of Side Lateral Raise.

Fitness should be done within one's limits, rather than aiming to achieve a daily goal, especially after staying up late; running is the last thing you should do the next day. Also, don't be anxious about anything. What we should do is enjoy each day; perhaps things aren't as bad as we imagine.
