I'll do 3 sets of 40 reps with 0.5kg of Side Lateral Raise, and 30 repts with 1kg of it. And, If my back muscle gets better than now, I'll do 50 pull-ups.

By the way, oil price is skyrocketing.. I'm so worried about inflation.. CPI(Consumer Price Index) might be surging soon.
Great effort on your home workouts. You‘re doing the right thing by increasing your weights and reps slowly. And yeah you should definitely be mindful of the increase in oil prices for inflation!
