I'm lying on my bed. I won't go to the gym in the evening.


By the way, I worked out during my break at work.

I did

4kg Dumbbell Curl
4kg Bent Arm Lateral Raise
5kg Standing Shoulder Press
1.5kg Standing Chest Press

Dumbbell is the best exercise equipment for any workout.
