Today I measured body fat ratio. It's 16%. But, muscle mass decreased.. I feel bad. I should have done high strength workouts and eaten more strict protein-based diets.

I wanna do bulking. But, body fat has been interrupting it. It's really hard for me to overcome to enter the expert level 🥲
