3 sets of 15 reps with

14kg Dumbell Bench press
30kg Bench Press without safety bars
37.5kg Hip Abduction

3 sets of 35 reps with 1kg side lateral raise
3 sets of 50 reps with 2kg Standing Dumbell curl
