I've been busy all day long. I'm working out now. I realized that I forgot to write a diary today.


Today's workouts are..

3 sets of 15 reps with

9kg Dumbell Shoulder Press
3kg Side Lateral Raise
6kg Standing Dumbell curl
Hip Abduction 37.5kg/10kg

Walking on a treadmill for an hour


I'm getting used to side lateral raise more and more.
