I have a PT class today.
I just arrived at home, and I'm doing house chores. I'll go to the gym soon.
During the last week, I've practiced side lateral raise several times. Finally, I figured out how to do it without discomfort. So, I'll shot it to him today. Unfortunately, I've not much practiced deadlift this week. So, I'll practice it a lot next week.
