I'll lightly work out for 1.5 hours.
The weather is pretty cold. I'm lazy to go outside. I feel this winter is pretty much cold than last winter. By the way, I'll measure my body fat ratio and muscle mass. I hope it will be improved.
Today, I ate a tofu-beef stew and rice for lunch. It was really nice. I'll have a dinner after working out. I hope it won't be crowded in the gym.

1.5 hour is enough for daily exercise and to avoid fatigue but you can do more, depends on how fit you feel
