I'll practice Side Lateral Raise again tomorrow.
I realized heavy weights are not good for joints. If I load heavy weights of Side Lateral Raise continuously, as time goes by, my joints will be getting wear away.
I changed my Side Lateral Raise routine from 3 sets of 15 reps with 3kg to 3 sets of 16 reps with 2kg.
I'll definitely conquer it! I will never give up!
