Here's my routine for today.

✅️3 sets of 8 Pull-ups

3 sets of 15 reps with

✅️ 3kg Dumbell Shoulder Press
✅️6kg Standing Dumbell curl
✅️ 7.5kg Hip adduction


I'll do bench press tomorrow.


By the way, the current PM 2.5 is too high. I won't go outside anymore today.
