I worked out for 2 hours.
I did dumbbell bench press, bench press and pull-ups, and rode a stationary bicycle for 1.5 hours. I burned 1,000 kcal today. I hope I will be able to do 30kg dumbbell bench press next year. Dumbbell bench press is difficult for me to control the balance rather than bench press.
By the way, the crypto market had a price correction. Compared to this cycle's ATL(All Time Low), it's not much pumped yet. So, honestly, I got stressed a little bit.
