I'm taking a rest in the afternoon. I'm going to have dinner soon. Then, I'll go to the gym again.

I need to lose my fat ratio under 15%. My body fat weight is around 15kg again. My target weight is 10kg. Bodybuilding feels like the long-term altcoin investment.
