떨어진놈 올리려면 얼마나 돋움 해야 하려나

눈길 아니 빙판길 같다.
비탈길에 쭉 미끄러져 내려와서는 올라가려니
너무 힘들어한다.

올라서려다 다시 미끄러져 내려오고
또다시 올라서려다 미끄러지고
이제는 아예 재미를 붙였는가 보다.
연실 반복하며 올라갔다 내려갔다.

그래 그러다 보면
봄볕에 얼음 녹는 날 오리라
그리고 나면 사뿐사뿐 걸어서 올라가리라.

스팀에게도 그런 날 멀지 않으리라...
